Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2. User Responsibilities & Safety
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
For Cabinets (Furniture Safety – 16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057-23):

Cabinets 27 inches or taller MUST be anchored to the wall using provided anti-tip device (meets ASTM F3096, tested to 60 lb static load). Failure to anchor can result in tip-over, causing serious injury or death.

Never open more than one drawer at a time. Place heavier items on lower shelves.

Do not allow children to climb on cabinets.

Warning label is located on the back or side panel – read before use.

For cabinets with composite wood, comply with CARB ATCM Phase 2 formaldehyde limits.
For Cabinets with Electrical Components (FCC Compliance):

Unintentional radiators: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.

Intentional radiators (Wi-Fi/BT): This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

For Pillows (Textile & Flammability Safety – 16 CFR 1632 / 1610):

WARNING: Keep pillows away from open flames, cigarettes, and other ignition sources.

Pillows that fail flammability testing are permanently labeled: "FLAMMABLE (FAILS U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE STANDARD)."

For children's bedding (under age 12), additional CPSIA lead/phthalate limits apply.

Not intended for use by infants under 12 months without supervision (suffocation risk).

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general-use cabinets (not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with 16 CFR Part 1261, 16 CFR Part 1303, and 40 CFR Part 770, based on testing or a reasonable testing program.
5. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For cabinets or pillows intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels (manufacturer name, production date, batch number, country of origin) on product and packaging.
6. FTC Textile & Care Labeling Compliance
Our pillows comply with:

16 CFR Part 303 – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer name.

16 CFR Part 423 – permanent care labeling.
7. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to anchor cabinets, electrical issues, fire hazards).
10. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
