Processing: 1-3 business days (pillows); 3-7 business days (cabinets). Shipping: 5-10 days (pillows); cabinets via freight: 7-20 business days. You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Cabinets may have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

  • Bay Window Cabinets: Yes, require assembly (attaching legs, doors, hardware). Instructions included. Often requires two people.

  • Pillows: No assembly.

5. What types of bay window cabinets do you offer?
We offer bay window cabinets for storage and display. Materials: engineered wood (MDF), solid wood, wood veneer. Some models may include electrical components (lighting, charging ports). Importants: Cabinets over 27 inches tall are regulated as Clothing Storage Units (CSUs) under CPSC's mandatory 16 CFR 1261, which incorporates ASTM F2057-23 stability testing. This includes anti-tip devices, permanent warning labels, and hang tags with performance data.

6. What are the key requirements for cabinets under 16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057-23?

  • APPLICABILITY: Free-standing cabinets 27 inches or taller that are primarily intended for the storage of clothes or other items.

  • STABILITY TESTING: Simulates a child up to 60 pounds interacting with the unit on hardwood and carpet surfaces with weighted drawers (8.5 lbs/ft³) and horizontal pulls (10 lbs per door/drawer, 50 lbs on top).

  • ANTI-TIP DEVICE: Includes a device meeting ASTM F3096 (tested to 60 lb static load) and a permanent warning label.

  • LABELING: Permanent, easily readable label with "WARNING: This product can tip over. Secure to wall to prevent injury." (state-specific exemptions apply). Also includes hang tag for performance testing data.

  • THIRD-PARTY TESTING FOR CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS: If the cabinet is designated for children's rooms, third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted lab is required.

7. Do cabinets with electrical components require FCC certification?
Yes. Bay window cabinets containing USB ports, lighting, wireless charging, or smart features must comply with FCC Part 15.

  • Unintentional radiators (e.g., LED lights, simple circuits with microcontrollers) require FCC SDoC (Supplier's Declaration of Conformity).

  • Intentional radiators (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth modules) require FCC ID certification and must bear an FCC ID on the product and packaging.

  • The compliance statement must be included in the user manual.

8. Do cabinets require UL certification?
While UL is not a mandatory federal requirement, it is strongly recommended and often required by major retailers. Safety standards for electrified furniture components include UL 62368-1 (audio/video, IT equipment) for charging components and UL 962 for household furnishings with electrical parts.

9. What are the formaldehyde limits for cabinets?
If any cabinet contains composite wood (MDF, particleboard, plywood), it must comply with CARB ATCM Phase 2 (≤0.05 ppm formaldehyde) per 40 CFR Part 770, as enforced by the EPA.

10. What are the lead and phthalate limits for children's cabinets?
Under CPSIA, children's cabinets must comply with:

  • Lead in surface coating: ≤90 ppm (16 CFR 1303).

  • Lead in substrate (accessible parts): ≤100 ppm.

  • Phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DNOP): ≤0.1% (1000 ppm).

  • Tracking labels (16 CFR Part 1130) : Permanent tracking labels on product and packaging with manufacturer name, production date, batch number, and country of origin.

11. What types of pillows do you offer?
We offer bed pillows and decorative pillows. Pillows are regulated as soft‑filled products under various state law labeling requirements. Key regulations include:

  • Law Label / URN: 32 U.S. states mandate a law label; 14 require a Uniform Registration Number (URN). The label must be permanently sewn in (not tacked or zipped) and state: "UNDER PENALTY OF LAW THIS TAG NOT TO BE REMOVED EXCEPT BY CONSUMER."

  • Flammability — 16 CFR Part 1632: Pillows must pass cigarette ignition resistance testing (≤2.5 cm char length around the cigarette) based on a CPSC-accepted lab report.

  • Flammability — 16 CFR Part 1610: Pillow fabrics (covers) must be tested for surface burning rate and char length, with a permanent "FLAMMABLE" label if Class 3 is failed.

  • Care Labeling (16 CFR Part 423): Permanent care instructions (wash/dry method, dry clean, warnings) must be attached to the pillow or on its packaging.

12. Do your pillows have a Law Label?
Yes. Our pillows comply with state labeling laws, including a permanent law label with:

  • Fiber content (%) and manufacturer information.

  • Uniform Registration Number (URN) where required (e.g., OH 12345 (CN)).

  • The statutory warning: "UNDER PENALTY OF LAW THIS TAG NOT TO BE REMOVED EXCEPT BY CONSUMER."

13. Are pillows subject to California Proposition 65?
Yes. Pillows may contain chemicals listed under California Proposition 65 (e.g., flame retardants, formaldehyde in certain fill materials). When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

14. What is the General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) for cabinets?
For general-use cabinets (not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request. The GCC certifies compliance with 16 CFR Part 1261 (ASTM F2057-23), 16 CFR Part 1303 (lead in surface coatings), and 40 CFR Part 770 (formaldehyde) based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

15. How do I care for my cabinet?

  • Wood/MDF: Dust with dry cloth; wipe spills immediately; use coasters.

  • Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

  • Anti-tip: For cabinets 27 inches or taller, anchor to wall using the provided anti-tip device. Check hardware periodically; tighten if needed.

16. How do I care for my pillow?

  • Follow care label instructions.

  • Most machine washable pillows: gentle cycle, cold water, tumble dry low.

  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

  • Replace pillow every 1-2 years.

17. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options (Affirm/Klarna).
