Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (furniture size/assembly, textile hygiene), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and manuals intact. For pillows, they must be unopened, unused, and unwashed (hygiene reasons).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items: Bay window cabinets that have been assembled or show signs of use; pillows that have been removed from packaging, used, or washed.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For cabinets, costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. 15% restocking fee may apply for returned cabinets.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. For cabinets, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your cabinet arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations (wood grain, fabric dye lots), actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
